SOMANET Node Series:
The SOMANET Node series is a family of ultra-compact, super-efficient and powerful servo drives that support all PMSM/Synchronous AC/BLDC motors up to 60V and 100 A / 66 Arms and feature an EtherCAT interface with CiA DS 402 protocol.
Synapticon's ultra-compact, high-performance, embeddable SOMANET servo drives offer the highest current density on the market. They are full featured with all direct connections, many feedback interfaces, complete protection, frameless EMC, certified functional safety and unsurpassed integration support.
Intelligent algorithms enable any motor or gearhead to deliver superior performance.
Synapticon's proprietary control technologies, such as model predictive deadbeat field-oriented control, enable low heat dissipation of drives while maintaining very high motion control performance. Advanced disturbance compensation, e.g. for sensor noise, motor and gearbox nonlinearities, and cogging torque, enable high motion quality even for medium- to low-cost motors and sensors.
